૧૯૯૯ના કારગીલ યુદ્ધમાં ૫૨૪ વીર જવાનોએ પ્રાણનું બલિદાન આપ્યું છે. કારગીલ વિજયના ૨૫માં વર્ષે સિલ્વર જ્યુબિલી અને રાષ્ટ્ર ચેતના પર્વ નિમિત્તે ઊંઝા ખાતે સમર્પણ ગૌરવ સમારોહ નું આયોજન કરેલ છે. આ સમારોહમાં ૮ વીર જવાનોના દરેક પરિવારોને વિશેષ સન્માન સાથે રૂપિયા બે લાખની સહાય અર્પણ કરવામાં આવનાર છે. રાષ્ટ્રીય ભાવસભર આ કાર્યક્રમમાં ઉપસ્થિત રહેવા સહૃદયથી નિમંત્રણ છે.
